Terms
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms apply to everything sold on benchandbooks.com. Buying a product means accepting them.
Products are published by AeroClic, trading as Bench & Books (details on the legal notice). Stripe acts as merchant of record: Stripe is the seller on record for the transaction, appears on your statement, and handles sales tax and VAT.
Digital products only — spreadsheet files, templates and online calculators. Nothing physical is shipped.
Immediately after payment. You are redirected to a download page, and a receipt is emailed to you. If the download fails for any reason, write to hello@benchandbooks.com and the file will be sent to you directly.
Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are final as a rule. By completing the purchase and downloading the file, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once the download has begun.
That said: if the product is not what you expected, write and say why. A refund may be granted at our discretion. We would rather refund you and learn something than keep the money.
You are buying a licence to use the file for yourself or your own single business. You may edit it, copy it onto your own devices and use it commercially in your own shop.
You may not resell it, share it, redistribute it, publish it, include it in another product, or hand it on to anyone else — including as a free bonus.
Platform fees change. When they do, the file is corrected and buyers are emailed the new version at no charge, for as long as the product exists.
The calculators and spreadsheets are tools for your own internal management. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace an accountant. Figures shown anywhere on this site are illustrative examples, not a promise of results. You remain responsible for the prices you set and for your own tax and accounting obligations.
The free tools are provided as they are, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence.
